Burial Of The Sardine 25th - 25th of February

Locations: Various Locations, but some of the best on the island are La Orotava and Los Realejos and Puerto de la Cruz.
Fiesta - A huge sardine on a funeral float, is carried through the streets and then set on fire at the end of its journey.
