"The Guanches and The Sea" 24th of April - 28th of June

Location: Museum of Nature and Man, Santa Cruz, Tenerife.
Exhibition - "The Guanches and the Sea. Fishing in the Ancient World". Showing the importance of this ancient activity through the ages.

Fiestas and Romería of San Isidro Labrador 1st - 30th of June

Location: Tacoronte
Religious - A traditional folklore occasion takes place, mainly around the church of Santa Catalina y El Calvario, with a parade of typical boats and wagons.

The Original Wailers 13th - 13th of June

Location: Santa Cruz, Tenerife
Music - This group are part of the original Bob Marley band, and with their legendary reggae music promises to be a great concert.

Agatha Christie Festival 5th - 14th of June

Location: Puerto de la Cruz
Festival - The 'Panadilla Theatre Company' will perform 'The Man from the Sea' in the Ventoso mansion house and 'The International Thespians' will produce 'The Tea Dance' at the Hotel Tigaiga.
There will also be an interesting exhibition of Agatha Christie memorabilia, at the old Santo Domingo convent.

Romería of Granadilla 1st - 15th of June

Location: Granadilla
Romeria - This fiesta is in honour of San Antonio of Padua. There is a procession, traditional food and Canarian music and open air dancing.

Festival Corpus Cristie 18th - 18th of June

Location: La Oratava
Festival - The streets of the procession route are lined with carpets of beautiful flowers and petals.
